Vick sisters recognized for academic honors at respective universities

Two sisters who were members of New Kent High School’s Class of 2022 received respective academic honors from their universities for the Fall 2023 semester.

Lauren Vick was named to the President’s List at Longwood University. In order to be recognized for the achievement, a student must accumulate a grade-point average of 4.0 during the semester.

Lucy Vick was named to the Dean’s List at Christopher Newport University. To be recognized for the honor, a student must earn a grade-point average of 3.5 or higher.
