Bland Music Scholarship winners

New Kent Lions Club hosted the Bland Music Scholarship competition on Saturday, Feb. 17 at Providence Forge Presbyterian Church. Pictured are (l to r) judges Amy Martin and Phillip Ramriez, winning pianist Clyve Agcanas, and winning vocalist Mia Forbes. Both winners will compete at the district and state levels for scholarships.
