Solidarity mission

The Rev. Dr. Sam Frye (right), a pastor and police chaplain from Charles City, recently participated in a solidarity mission to Israel. The trip, consisting of police chaplains from the International Conference of Police Chaplains, was used as encouragement to support the Israeli National Police Department and survivors of those departments following an attack on Oct. 7, 2023.
