Pinning ceremony at Charles City Elementary School

Members of Charles City County Elementary School Flag Detail and Safety Patrol were recognized and pinned during a Nov. 6 ceremony. Charles City County Sheriff Jayson Crawley along with county deputies recognized students who “dare to be different” and make a positive impact inside the school building and their community.
