Samuels’ seat belt safety donation

Family members of the late Devin Samuels present a check to New Kent Sheriff’s Office Safety Fund during a May 21 presentation. More than $12,000 was raised from the Fourth Annual Devin Samuels Memorial Car Show held on Apr. 26, with those funds being used as an initiative to promote good driving and material to form positive habits for middle and high school students.
