Bay Transit Microtransit launches in New Kent

Bay Aging, in partnership with New Kent County and the Virginia Department of Rail and Public Transportation (DRPT), has launched the Bay Transit Microtransit in New Kent. The service, which officially began operating on Apr. 1, uses a technology-enabled model that adapts to rider demand. Designed to improve flexibility, efficiency and access, the service connects residential neighborhoods throughout New Kent and Quinton with employment, healthcare, shopping, dining, recreation, and community destinations across the county.
