New Kent County Sheriff’s Office wins HEAT award

New Kent County Sheriff Lee Bailey and New Kent County Sheriff’s Department was recognized as an award winner for the Help Eliminate Auto Theft (HEAT) program.

Bailey was instrumental as New Kent County Sheriff’s Office won the “Sheriff’s Agency” category for populations between 20,000 and 100,000 residents. New Kent County deputies Wyatt Johnston and Joey McLaughlin were finalists in the “Sheriff’s Individual” category for the same population count.
