Resolution for Williams

Charles City County Board of Supervisors Chairman Byron Adkins Sr. (fourth from right) presents a resolution to the family of the late Thomas Williams during Tuesday night’s meeting. Williams was the first African American male to hold the position of Circuit Court Clerk in the county.
