CIED ‘Naming’ ceremony

Joseph “Spotted Eagle” Howard enters to start a ceremonial fire as part of the Chickahominy Indians Eastern Division tribe’s “Naming Ceremony” on June 14. The ceremony included a luncheon with guests Chief Ken Adkins of Upper Mattaponi tribe and Dr. Helen Roundtree as witnesses.
