NKGSL softball state qualifiers

Above, three New Kent Girls’ softball league teams pose for a group picture after each team advanced to the Babe Ruth State Championships to be held July 4-6 in Varina. The 12U and 10U teams claimed the district championship and the 8U team finished as district runner-ups.
