Hulas recognized for yielding bushels of corn

Craig and David Hula of Charles City have been recognized by the National Corn Growers Association as winners of the 2014 National Corn Yield contest during a Dec. 30 announcement.

The Hulas are two of seven national recognized winners for growing more than 400 bushels of corn per acre.

As winners, the two will receive national recognition in publications and will be honored in Phoeniz, Az., during the 2015 Commodity Classic.
