The marriage of LaToya Charmaine Jones Parker and Dwayne Lamont Tyler took place on Saturday, September 21, 2013, at The Saint Paul’s Baptist Church in Richmond.

The bride is the daughter of Charlene (Marvin) Redman of Sandston and the late Peter D. (Catherine) Jones Sr. of Charles City. She is the granddaughter of Grace and the late Melvin Bradby and Ann and Ruffin Jones Sr., all of Charles City.

The groom is the son of Carolyn and Lewis D. Tyler Sr. of Richmond. He is the grandson of Florence and the late Joseph Tyler of Varina and the late George Jones Sr. and the late Carrie Jones of Portsmouth.

The Reverend Dr. Johnnye S. Massenburg-Johnson of First Bethel Baptist Church in Varina officiated.

The couple honeymooned in Jamaica and will reside in Providence Forge.
