Britney Lee Lewis and Douglas Joseph (Joey) Kestle, Jr. married September 28, 2013, at Providence United Methodist Church, in Quinton. Pastor Brook Wilson officiated the ceremony with Paudron Wheeler as the pianist.
The bride is the daughter of Craig and Cynthia Lewis of Quinton. She is the granddaughter of Kathleen Schultz and the late Norwood Schultz of Quinton, and the late Bobby and Mary Lou Lewis of Mechanicsville.
The groom is the son of Karen Kestle of Mechanicsville and Douglas Kestle of Richmond. The groom is the grandson of Lee Frazier of Richmond and the late Eddie and Theresa Kestle of Richmond.
The bride was escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents. The matron of honor was Sarah Lisi and the maid of honor was Kelli Gibbs. Bridesmaids were Hannah Burton, Whitney Dunham, Katie Kestle, Amanda Leone, Jamie McCormick, Heather Rowe, Sarah Slosjarik and Kim Edds. Flower girls were Carly Lewis and Blakeleigh Smith.
The best man was Eddie Shrader and honorary best man was Jeff Watts. Groomsmen were Brandon Lewis, Steven Georgio and Carlos Perez. Josh Cornett, Charlie Craft, Dustin Dunn and Thomas Saltarelli were ushers. The ring bearer was Kyle (KJ) Hockaday, Jr.
Mistress of ceremonies was Tiffany Jones. Flowers were done by Sherri Smith, Blooming Occasions, and the photography was done by Mark Schilling, Picture Perfect Photography.
An engagement party was hosted by John Schultz and Yvonne Hockaday. A bridal shower was hosted by Sarah Lisi, Sarah Slosjarik, Hannah Burton and Rebecca Lindenmuth.
The rehearsal dinner, hosted by the groom’s mother, was held at Wallace Manor in Providence Forge.
The reception, hosted by the bride’s parents, was held at Oak Ridge Farm in Quinton, the home place of the bride’s great grandparents, Wilbur and Stenza Fisher.
The couple honeymooned in Jamaica and will reside at their home in Sandston.
