Charles City Ruritan Club President David Ledbetter (left) presents a check to Charles City JROTC battalion commander Major Brandon Collie (right), who represents the high school’s corp of cadets. The monetary contribution from the club was given in appreciation to the cadets for their continuing support of community events such as the Ruritan Club’s Steakfeast.
