Holiday culture show in Williamsburg

Mary Jarin, a New Kent resident, is producing a holiday culture show entitled “Around the World” at Williamsburg Regional Library on Sunday, Dec. 22, 4-8 p.m.

The show is catered to expressing the many ways Christmas is celebrated around the world through music and entertainment.

“I peered among my friends and family and a vision came to me how to make this holiday a memorable one, for any and everyone of all ethnic groups,” said Jarin in a press release. “I wanted something that can offer an intercultural, educational experience to communities and individuals.

“To be able to create an allegory that unwraps the true meaning of Christmas is all that matters,” she concluded.
