Leadership Day program

Charles City Elementary School welcomed several local and state dignitaries at its Leadership Day on Dec. 13. The program was orchestrated as part of the "Leader in Me" program implemented by the school to promote positive qualities in students. Among attendees were members of Charles City's Board of Supervisors, Charles City's School Board, other prominent leaders, and Delegate Joe Morrisey.
