Trogdon recognized by ICMA as credential manager

Charles City County Administrator Zach Trogdon has been recognized as a credentialed manager from the International City/County Management Association (ICMA).

The designation is created to recognize local governance by promoting professional management worldwide and increase the proficiency of appointed administrative officers, assistant administrators, and employees who serve on local and regional governments worldwide.

Trogdon received recognition due to ten years of local government executive experience. He is one of 1,300 local government management professionals to be credentialed through the ICMA voluntary credentialing program.
