‘Angling’ Acosta boys

Brothers (l to r) Michael and Andrew Acosta of Providence Forge score big in achieving the Virginia Marine Resources Commission (VRMC) junior angler and special angler awards, respectively. Andrew’s catch of a Silver Perch earned him an unofficial state record holder as a junior angler and received a $75 prize.
