New Kent Chamber of Commerce member Kim Filipowicz (right) presents New Kent superintendent of schools David Myers (left) an envelope containing ten $500 scholarships as proceeds from the group's Oct. 24 New Kent Chamber Cup golf tournament. Funds for the scholarship were raised through entry fees and donations from local businesses.
