New Kent Environthon is April 18

New Kent Extension Office is currently organizing the sixth annual Environthon/Earth Day scheduled for Saturday, Apr. 18, 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at the New Kent Cooperative Extension Office.

The office is currently looking for people to provide an environmentally friendly/green/recycled product, share knowledge on environmental issues, or other organizations that may do so.

The event is centered around Earth-friendly activities for all ages. If you know of anyone who would like to participate or seek more information, contact Patty Townsend at 966-9645.
