Williams earns CAP award

Aaron Williams (right) of New Kent shakes the hand of Byrd Field Composite Squadron Commander Scott Braukhoff after receiving the Billy Mitchell Award. The award is presented to cadets in the Civil Air Patrol (CAP) who display qualities of leadership, character, fitness, and participate in community activities. The 18-year old will join the United States Air Force effective July 7.
