Brat addresses New Kent High School students

Congressman Dave Bratt (right) made an appearance to New Kent High School students on Monday, Mar. 9. Brat addressed pupils in New Kent Honors Government and Civics classes instructed by Mrs. Patti Gulick (center) and was accompanied by New Kent Republican Party chairman Mark Daniel (left).
