Another New Kent lottery winner

Marvin Herbich, a New Kent resident, won $225,000 in Virginia Lottery’s “Joker’s Jackpot” game. Herbich purchased the ticket at Lanexa Plaza and cashed his winnings on March 23. He plans to use the money to pay off his mortgage.
