New Kent artist’s paintings part of West Point exhibit

Hal Wallof, a native of Tampa, Florida who now resides in New Kent, will have his artwork exhibited as part of an Invitational Art Exhibit hosted by Visual Arts Committee of Arts Alive Inc. in West Point.

Wallof has specialized in oil paintings for more than 25 years. His work has been displayed at a variety of locations that include Wallace Manor in Providence Forge, the Greater Lanexa Studio Tour, and the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts Studio school. He also painted weekly for years at Sawyer Studio in New Kent and prefers to paint in an environment of people to exchange ideas.
