‘The Calico Tiger’ to be presented by NK Stagehands on Apr. 25-26

New Kent Stagehands will present “The Calico Tiger” written by Christian B. Garrison during a two-day event beginning Saturday, April 25 and concluding Sunday, April 26.

The one-act children’s play will be presented at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Saturday, followed by a 3 p.m. performance on Sunday. All shows are scheduled to take place at New Kent Middle School.

The cast features a number of New Kent residents with the show being under the director of Martha Martin. Cast and crew will meet and greet the audience after the show with a lemonade and cookie reception.

Tickets are available by calling Martin at 932-3155. Tickets are $5 in advance and $7 at the door.
