Blackwater Outdoors Inc., a landscaping company, has opened its doors in New Kent.

Founded by Eric Whitlow, the business offers a variety of landscaping, including mulching, providing top soil, grass and seed treatment and more.

Whitlow said that he started the business due to a growing demand for bulk landscaping and that its location in New Kent was convenient for customers.

Whitlow has 15 years of landscaping and removal experience.
