Long & Foster opens Viniterra office

Long & Foster Real Estate has announced the opening of a new enterprise office at Viniterra in New Kent.

Located at 8637 Angel’s Share Drive, the location will serve as the office of Holly Stephens and Patrick Horsley and be managed by John Martin of the Strawberry Street office in Richmond.

“Long & Foster is committed to growing our presence in central Virginia and the opening of this new location situated between Williamsburg and Richmond allows us to increase our footprint and better serve home buyers and sellers throughout the area,” said Scott Shaheen, senior regional vice president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “It is especially exciting to have a location in the heart of Viniterra.”
