Charles City’s Crime Stoppers poster winner

Zachary Barneycastle (right), a junior at Charles City High School, receives a $500 check from Captain Jayson Crawley of Charles City Sheriff's Office as the school's winner of the 2015 annual CrimeStoppers poster contest. Zachary's poster was selected out of 20 entries submitted.
