New Kent poster winner for Crime Stoppers

New Kent High School student Elizabeth Brewer accepts a $500 check from School Resource Officer Cpl. Jerry Simpson for winning the Metro Richmond Crime Stoppers poster contest. The annual contest invites Richmond area high school students to submit entries that reflect the Crime Stoppers program such as the crime tip phone number (780-1000) and that all callers remain anonymous.
