Giffin graduates from U.S. Military Academy

Joseph Gregory Ganaden Giffin, a 2011 graduate of New Kent High School, graduated from the United States Military Academy on Saturday, May 23 in West Point, New York.

Giffin completed his studies with a degree in systems engineering. He was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Army within the Infantry branch and will be stationed at Fort Irwin, California.

Giffin is the son of James Giffin and P. Jane Giffin of Quinton.
