Charles City Public Schools 2015 retirees

Varie Jordan (left) and Rebecca Rogers (right) are among 2015 retirees from the Charles City Public Schools system recognized during a June 2 ceremony. Jordan will be retiring from her director of information technology (IT) position, while Rogers will end a 38-year tenure (14 in Charles City) as a high school Spanish teacher. Not pictured is Carson Daugherty, who will also be leaving the school system after spending 22 years as an attendance clerk and instructional aide at Charles City Elementary School.
