VDOE award presented to New Kent Sheriff’s Office

New Kent Sheriff’s Office is presented with the Virginia Department of Education’s (VDOE) Business and Industry and Partnership award as the Region 1 winner. Nominated by Bridging Communities Career and Technical Center, the sheriff’s office has provided guest speakers and job shadowing opportunities to criminal justice students in the school.
