Bradby earns Masters from Liberty University

Chelsey K.M. Bradby received her Masters of Arts in Teaching for Special Education during a May 2015 ceremony from Liberty University.

She graduated with a 3.8 grade-point average with her master’s degree. Chelsey earned her undergraduate degree from Virginia State University and is currently employed by Hopewell Public Schools as a special education teacher.

Chelsey is a 2005 graduate of Charles City High School. She is the daughter of Ella M. Bradby and granddaughter of Agnes Bradby, both of Charles City, and daughter of Timothy D. Massenburg of Glen Allen.
