FSA holding county committee elections

United States Department of Agriculture has mailed ballots to farmers and ranchers across the country for the 2015 Farm Service Agency (FSA) County Committee elections.

“County committee members represent the farmers and ranchers in their communities,” said Val Dolcini, Farm Service Agency Administrator. “Producers elected to these committees have always played a vital role in local agricultural decisions.”

Farmers and ranchers will receive ballets and will have until Dec. 7 to postmark them to return. New Kent farmers and ranchers may pick up a ballot at the Quinton location.
