New Kent’s Second Annual Grand Illumination

Above, (l to r) sisters Carly and Lauren Turner are glad Santa Claus braved blustery conditions and made a visit to the second annual New Kent Grand Illumination Sunday afternoon. Kids and adults enjoyed an array of activities that included visiting vendors, caroling, watching the lighting of a Christmas tree, and creating holiday decorations (below).
