Educators caring at Christmas

Members of the Charles City/New Kent Retired Teachers Association present gifts for the Angel Tree Program at Charles City's branch of BB&T on Dec. 11. The organization continues to be involved in many community activities, with many members making efforts to promote a positive and healthy environment in the localities.
