Interaction with animals

New Kent High School Interact Club members Deysha Thompson (front) and Naayan Ames (back) help out during the club's Feb. 27 visit to Heritage Humane Society in Williamsburg. Nine students worked six hours over the weekend cleaning cages, washing food dishes, and washing laundry for the society. The club is the high school equivalent of New Kent's Rotary Club.
