Scarves from Girl Scouts

Members of Girl Scout Troop 5318 present approximately 60 scarves to New Kent Fire-Rescue Chief Rick Opett (center) during Monday night's regular meeting of the board of supervisors. The troop selected a service project of creating the items to thank the workers of New Kent Fire-Rescue who braved cold and dangerous conditions over the winter months to help those in need.
