LaSertoma announces award winners

The Bottom of the Bridge LaSertoma Club announced two New Kent County students as Youth Service award winners.

Carly Yates, a seventh grade student, was awarded a $100 check for her volunteer services with Chesapeake Bay Foundation and James River Cleanup committee. She is the first middle school recipient of the award.

Sherese Bonner, a high school junior, was awarded a $50 check for her volunteer services at Randolph Medical Center during the summer months and assisting as a speech language pathologist.
