Charles City CrimeStoppers poster winner

Zachary Barneycastle (right), a senior at Charles City High School, is presented a check from Captain Jayson Crawley as the local winner of the CrimeStoppers poster contest. Barneycastle received the $500 award after his poster was selected among 30 submitted by high school artists in the local competition.
