Charles City’s Teacher of the Year 2016

Above, Jamila Mack (left), was recognized as Charles City's Divisional Teacher of the Year during a Tuesday afternoon ceremony at Cary Hill Plantation. Mack, an English teacher at Charles City High School was honored along with Charles City Elementary's School Teacher of the Year Thomas Holoman (right), a special education instructor, by peers, staff, and students for accomplishments throughout the year. Below, superintendent of schools David Gaston (left) congratulates Mack after her recognition as teacher of the year.
