Peace Squad induction ceremony

Twenty third and fourth graders at George Watkins Elementary School raise their right hands and take the pledge as part of the first annual Peace Squad induction ceremony on June 14. The group's purpose is to teach skills and techniques on how to handle situations when someone is bullied. Inductees are Harrison Adams, Theodore Bolan, Ira Burrell, Olivia Montecalvo, Sage Morse, Sam Stamper, Sky Stewart, Wayne Wagner, Mackenzie Waltrip, Makenna Williams, David Brady, Claire Daniel, Stephanie Felts, Kyle Gibson, Amber Greiner, Ethan Hanson, Markus Highsmith, Peyton Keckler, Sydney Nixon, and Quynn Smith.
