LaSertoma annouces scholarship winners

Bottom of the Bridge LaSertoma has announced the awarding of two scholarships to recent New Kent High School graduates.

Ethan Ashford was awarded a $2,000 scholarship grant and was also awarded an additional $1,000 grant after being selected by LaSertoma International for his continuing education. Ashford is currently enrolled at the College of Charleston majoring in the Business Administration program.

Sabrina Odell was the recipient of a $1,000 scholarship grant. She is currently attending the Medical College of Virginia pursuing a nursing degree.

Funds for the scholarships were raised through the organization’s annual charity golf tournament.
