Local NK business awarded contract

CATLab, a New Kent business in the division of Control Automation Technologies Corporation (CATC), has been awarded a contract with Textron to provide testing and calibration services for its unmanned aircraft systems at the facility located in Blackstone.

CatLab will perform services for laboratories that include calibration and other discipline. The work will assist military in upgrading unmanned aircraft for operations performed by the United States Special Operations Command (SOCOM).
