Leadership academy grads

Joseph McLaughlin Jr. (left) and Chief Deputy Lee Bailey (right) as he is one of three local officers to complete the Metro Richmond Public Safety Leadership Academy on Feb. 10. The week-long academy revolved around curriculum, lectures, and scenario-based exercises related to maintaining public safety and handling real-life situations.
