NKMS Junior Beta Club competes in states

New Kent Middle School’s Junior Beta Club recently competed in state competition with many students accomplishing top three finishes. The tandem of Aaron Sweeney, Noah Schneider, Russell Hager, Kevin Harris, Afton Fults, Kendall Vorous, and Mason Walker placed first in the area of Robotics. Other top three finishers are Samantha Bradner-Beverly, Sadie Call, Tylar Strickland, and Ellie Hobson (2nd-Scrapbook), Jacob Hunt, Isaac Barber, Alan Hutto and Nathaniel Hager (2nd-Technology), Jacob Hunt (2nd-Digital Art), Carson Diggs (2nd-Speech), and Lucy Vick (3rd-Special Talent). Those individuals will travel to Florida this upcoming Summer to participate in the national competition.
