Medical clinic recognized by the CDC

Angels of Mercy Medical Clinic, a local safety net clinic that services Charles City and New Kent, has been recognized by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as the first clinic in Virginia to identify evidence-based type 2 diabetes prevention program.

The programs recognized by the CDC acknowledge that Angels of Mercy have met the high standards of the CDC.
