Tumbling to the title

Sisters Carrington, Cambell, and Chloe Coyle perform splits during their tumbling routine as the trio went on to claim first place in the Grade 3-5 division during the Eighth Annual New Kent Elementary School talent show Friday night. Nineteen acts took the stage as the students thrilled audience through a number of songs, dances, and acts. Below, Brooklyn Maranto’s rendition of “Walkin’ After Midnight” by Patsy Cline earned her the top spot in the Pre-K to Grade 2 division, while at bottom, Jillian and Rhys Wilson garner laughs from the audience acting out a scene from “Let’s Go for a Drive” to earn runner-up recognition for Grade 3-5 competition.
