CERT program completion

Charles City Board of Supervisors chairman Bill Coada (left) joins Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) organizer Dallas Johnson in congratulating Raleigh Cook and Rick Morris in completing the annual program during the May 23 regular meeting. The eight-week course consisted of participants meeting once a week for four hours to receive training in how to handle first aid, rescue, fire safety, and more during times of crisis.
