Bottom of the Bridge LaSertoma announces scholarship winners

Bottom of the Bridge LaSertoma has announced the awarding of two scholarships to recent graduates of New Kent High School.

Haley Ashford and Kevin Doran were each awarded $2,000 from the organization during a recent recognition ceremony.

Ashford was also the recipient of an additional $1,000 from LaSertoma International. She will enroll in Randolph College in Lynchburg and intends to major in marketing and museum programs.

Doran will be attending George Mason University this fall and will pursue his studies in computer science.
